Advantages
Our round header pipes are engineered for reliable performance in heat exchanger systems. Featuring a built-in welding flux composite layer, they simplify the brazing process and ensure strong, leak-proof connections, reducing assembly time and maintenance costs. Made from high-
Quality Aluminum alloys, they offer excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength, ensuring stable operation under long-term pressure and temperature fluctuations. This design extends service life and makes them a cost-effective solution for industrial and commercial heat exchange applications.
Detailed Features
These round header pipes have outer diameters ranging from Ø8 to Ø32 mm and wall thicknesses of 1.0 to 2.5 mm. The base alloy options include 3003 and 7905, while the composite alloy layer uses 4343 or 4045 (with optional zinc coating), at a composite rate of 4% to 13%. The pre-clad welding flux layer eliminates the need for additional flux application, ensuring uniform and reliable brazing results. Strict dimensional tolerances guarantee seamless integration with heat exchanger cores.
Application Scope
Widely used across multiple industries, these round header pipes are ideal for automotive condensers, household and commercial air conditioning condensers, as well as heat exchanger cores in engineering machinery, aerospace, and shipbuilding. Their robust design and flux-clad structure make them essential for efficient fluid distribution and heat exchange in diverse industrial and transportation applications.
